Enter the ticket code
The customer types the 6-character code printed on their pawn ticket or layby receipt.

Check what's due
They see the loan or layby, its status and due date, the interest owing and their last payment.

Choose and pay
Pay one or more interest periods, redeem in full if you allow it, or put money off a layby. By card or straight from their bank account.

Accept in Pawnit
The customer gets an emailed receipt. The payment appears in Pawnit, waiting for your staff to accept it against the ticket.
After hours
Your counter stays open after you close.
Customers think about their pawn at home, not at 10am on a weekday. With View & Pay they can check what's due and pay from the couch, and the payment is waiting in Pawnit when you open the next morning.

Card details are entered into Windcave's secure fields on the View & Pay page, so customers never leave the page. Card data never touches your systems.
- 3D Secure checks run automatically when the bank asks for them.
- Every payment is checked with Windcave before it's recorded. Nothing is taken on the browser's word.
- No double payments. If a customer goes back or cancels, the payment is closed off cleanly.

Questions
What pawnbrokers ask us.
Do my customers need to sign up?
No. They need the code on their ticket or layby receipt, and an email address for the receipt. Nothing to download or remember.
Does the money go straight onto the ticket?
The payment shows in Pawnit as received and waiting for acceptance. Your staff accept it against the ticket, so you stay in control of every transaction.
Can View & Pay use our own branding?
Yes, with custom branding: a one-off $599 setup and $20 a month per location (+ GST, same pricing in Australia and New Zealand). We set up your logo and colours and your customers see your brand throughout. Without it, View & Pay uses the standard MyPawn colours and branding.
What if a ticket shouldn't be paid online?
Tickets on hold, out of date or already redeemed show their status but can't be paid. The customer is pointed to your store instead.
Do I need Pawnit to use View & Pay?
Yes. View & Pay reads tickets and laybys from Pawnit and records payments back into it. Talk to us about moving to Pawnit if you're on another system.
